Why is my program pending?

Your program could be listed as “pending”  for any of the reasons listed below. Hover your cursor over the program card to see why.

If your application is still under review: A member of our team will be reaching out to you to communicate next steps.

If your Participant Agreement needs to be signed: Please have your signatory sign off on your Club's Participation Agreement, which was sent to them at the provided email.

If your Club has a signatory, but does not yet have Facilitators: Your Club needs at least one Facilitator in order to be approved. Please review our Toolkit here. 

If background checks are still in process: Since you are not employed at the Club host site, you must clear a background check in order for your Club to be approved. Please check your email for a link from VerifiedFirst.
