How do I join a Club?

Visit HQ, then click the 3rd-12th Clubs option. After you sign up for an account, you can join a Program by entering a Program Code or accepting an invite. If you are joining with a Club Code, you will receive the Code from your Program Leader (Facilitator or College Loop President.) 

If you are not immediately prompted to enter a Code after creating an account, you can click the JOIN NEW button on your My Programs page. 

Your Program leader may also send you an invite to the Program via email with the Code pre-populated to your or your Parent/Guardian’s email address.

After you enter your Code, we will ask you a few more questions to finish your enrollment. 

If you are a Parent/Guardian who signed up for a linked HQ account with your student:

Visit HQ, then click the 3rd-12th Clubs option. Log in to your parent/guardian account. Once logged in, you can click Join Club on your child’s user tile under the Children heading. 

 Alternatively, you can log in and then click the arrow next to your user avatar (initials by default.) Click your student’s name to switch profiles, then input the program code. You can obtain the code from the Program Leader. You can also click Join on the My Programs page.
