What am I allowed to purchase with the Clubs Fund?

**Please note that the deadline to submit your Clubs Fund wish list to Girls Who Code is Friday, March 31st, 2023. As the deadline approaches, Girls Who Code anticipates a 3-4 week turnaround time for the initial review of all submitted wish lists due to high volume. We appreciate your patience!**

Facilitators may purchase items within the $500 budget (including tax and shipping costs) that will encourage Club members to attend regular meetings or deepen their understanding of computer science. This could mean snacks, supplies for an unplugged activity, hardware, or something to brighten your Club meeting space.

We’ve put together a few sample wish lists to help inspire you. Note that any items purchased using the Clubs Fund are property of the host organization, so we recommend thinking long-term: what will your students need throughout the duration of the Club? What might members use next semester or next year? 

Please note that certain items, such as alcoholic beverages, are not permitted to be purchased using the Clubs Fund. If GWC determines one or more items on your wish list are not suitable for Clubs Fund use, we will contact you before fulfilling your wish list.
