Facilitators should log in to HQ, and click their Program card. Then, click on the Members option from the navigation menu. From there, you can scroll down to the “Invitation” section and click the three dot icon. You can either “Resend” the invitation, which will send a new email, or remove the invitation.
Note: Emails managed by an organization (such as student emails from a school district) may be blocked. You can choose another enrollment option or reach out to email@example.com if your invites have not reached your students.
