Why is an invite pending?

An Invite is Pending until the person emailed clicks on the Enroll button in the email to accept their unique invitation. Sometimes, a user will join the program another way (i.e. using the Club code) and the invitation will remain in a pending state.  In this case, you can delete the invitation.
