How do I reset my password?

If you do not remember your password and signed up with an email: Click Forgot Your Password? on the login page. Enter your account email and if an account exists, we will send you a reset password email. Click the button in the email for your unique password reset link. Create a new password, enter it again and save. You will be redirected to the login page where you can use the new password to log in. 

If you are logged in: Your password can be updated on your profile. To view your profile, click on the arrow next to your avatar and choose View Profile. Click the pencil icon across from the security heading. Follow the password guidelines as listed. 

If you signed up with a username (no email address): Ask your Program Leader to reset your password or reach out to us at [e-mail]
