What is the Girls Who Code Technical Interview Prep program?

Technical Interview Prep is a free program that provides participants with an inside look into the technical interview process. The program includes an asynchronous, free program and a two-day Bootcamp (also free!) that focuses on a specific technical interview type with a host company.

• Technical Interview Prep on Forage - Built in partnership with Boston Consulting Group and hosted on Forage, the online program leads participants through standard technical interview questions for internship/entry-level technical roles and provides guidance from GWC alumni and industry professionals.
  • Participants will walk through the following tasks in Forage:
    • The Company & Role
    • The Whiteboard Challenge
    • The Take Home Assignment
    • The Hiring Criteria and Reflection
• Technical Interview Prep Bootcamp - The two-day Bootcamp takes the next step in practicing technical interviews by giving participants a chance to gain real-time feedback and unique insights from peers and a company’s hiring managers or recruiters on practice prompts.
