During Work Prep, you will spend up to 10 hours a week virtually meeting with your cohort and industry professionals to learn about technologies and tools, meet employees, and do mini-activities that help you understand how the company works.
Activities may also include a panel discussion, a skill-building workshop, brainstorming, a product demo, resume review event, mock interviews, or a mini-lecture. You may also have asynchronous work like readings, technical challenges, videos, or tutorials, but those will not bring your total required commitment above 10 hours per week.
You are expected to participate in all sessions of Work Prep and complete any asynchronous assignments in a timely manner.
