My schedule changed after registering. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear you have schedule conflicts, but we understand that circumstances sometimes change. If you are experiencing a conflict in schedule or are no longer interested in the 2025 Summer Programs, please take one of the following steps: 

1. If you would like to request a switch to an alternate program or round: Contact your Operations Specialist or [e-mail]
   
   Please note: By requesting a switch to an alternate program, the applicant indicates they cannot attend their offered session. They will therefore forfeit their current program seat and be added to the waitlist. Due to the high volume, we cannot guarantee re-assignments will be honored for all requests. International students will not be able to switch to another SIP round as Round 2 will be the only round available for international students.
   
   
2. If you are no longer interested or able to participate this summer: Use the student 2025 Summer Programs Student Withdrawal Form to remove yourself from your assigned program. Withdrawal only takes two minutes and allows us to open your seat to an excited student on the waitlist! This step is required if you can no longer participate in our Summer Programs.
   
   Please note: Un-enrollment is final. You should not use this form to decline a program offer – instead, decline an offer using the SurveyMonkey Apply registration form. If you withdraw your application in error and need additional help, please email us at [e-mail].
