How do I request an alternate SIP round for my offer?

Students who desire to change their program round will follow the outlined steps.

Request an alternate SIP round:

1. Log in to SurveyMonkey Apply here using the email address used to create your GWC 2023 Summer Programs Application.
2. Access your registration application by clicking the “start” button.

3. Click “Accept or Decline Your Offer” in your task list.

4. Under the question: “Will you be joining us this summer,” select “I cannot attend my offered week and would like to switch to another virtual Summer Immersion Program round.” 
5. Select your new round availability under “Please select your virtual Summer Immersion Program availability below”
6. Mark it as complete, and you are all set!

Please note: By requesting a switch to an alternate round, the applicant indicates they cannot attend their offered session. Therefore, they will forfeit their current program seat and be added to the waitlist. Due to the high volume, we cannot guarantee re-assignments will be honored for all requests.
