How do I update my Club info in HQ?
Simple changes can be made by Facilitators on HQ. First, log into HQ and select your Club card. Find “Program Info” on the HQ Navigation Menu.
Edit Club Details
On this page, you can edit information by clicking on the “Edit Details” button. This is located on the right upper hand corner, across from the Program Info heading.
Here you can edit:
- Launch date (must start within 10 months of submission of application)
- Projected Member amount
- Meeting type (Virtual, In-Person or Hybrid)
- Virtual Conference Link (Zoom)
- Social Media link
- Program Affiliation
- Shipping Address
- Shipping City
- Shipping Zip Code
- Shipping State
- NOTE: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make any edits to your Host Site or Decision Maker details.
You can quickly change your preferences about how your Club information is shared publicly on the Girls Who Code Locations page and with the pool of external Facilitators by clicking on the checkboxes in the Preferences section.
Add or Invite Facilitators
Changes such as “Adding Facilitators” can be completed by clicking the green words on the corresponding tile on the Info page.
Access Other Editable Pages
The Program Info Page also serves as a “launch pad” to other parts of HQ. You can quickly view or add a scheduled event by clicking on “View Program Calendar ”
Click “Schedule Event.”
Or you can jump to the Members page by clicking Manage Members.
