Any rejected order includes a comment describing why GWC was unable to process the order. Once the underlying issue has been addressed, you can navigate back to the ordering portal and place another order without delay.
Common reasons for orders to be rejected are:
- No Club Code included with shipping information
- Invalid (e.g., non-2023-24) Club Code included with shipping information
- Club has not enrolled 3 members on Girls Who Code HQ.
- Club has already placed 2 orders
- The quantity of t-shirts exceeds the number of members enrolled on HQ.
** Please Note: The GWC Clubs Team will pause reviewing and fulfilling GWC T-shirt orders and Clubs Fund submissions around December 18th to avoid shipping issues during the holiday break. Additionally, on December 11th, the Clubs Fund submission form will be closed, and the automatic instructions email for newly qualified Clubs will be disabled to allow the team to resolve as many pending orders as possible before the break.
We will relaunch these benefits and resume the review process when we are back online in January. We anticipate a high influx of orders, so we cannot guarantee that your order will be reviewed or fulfilled before the break. We thank you for your patience and understanding. **
