How do I decline my Summer Program offer?

We're sorry to hear you can’t spend the summer with us, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Formally declining your offer will allow us to open your seat to a student on the waitlist. The process only takes a few minutes, and it's a massive step to help us assist students waiting for an offer. 

To decline your offer, you must do the following:

1. Log in to SurveyMonkey Apply here, using the email address used to create your GWC 2025 Summer Programs Application.
2. Click “Accept or Decline Your Offer” in your task list.
3. Under “Will you be joining us this summer,”  select "No, unfortunately I cannot attend”
4. Once you mark the task as complete, you will see a notification that you are all set!
