Registration is when a student accepts their offer by confirming their participation in the Program. A student's position in the program is not reserved until the entire Registration Process is complete.
To complete Registration, you must sign in to your SurveyMonkey Apply account and do the following:
- β Accept Your Seat
- π Confirm Participant Information
- π Review & SUBMIT
Once you submit your SurveyMonkey Apply responses, π€ DocuSign Permission Forms will be emailed to your parent/guardian to read and sign.
π¬ A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive the signed permission forms, confirming your registration is complete!
Please note the following:
- Early Applicants Registration Deadline Extension: If you do not accept your offer by Friday, March 22, we will move your application to the waitlist. General Applicants Registration Deadline Extension: If you do not accept your offer by Friday, April 26, we will move your application to the waitlist. To complete these steps, students must sign in to SurveyMonkey Apply with the same email and password used for the application.
- If you applied for and have been awarded a SIP Student Grant, the grant information will also appear within Registration in SurveyMonkey Apply
- You do not need to do anything additional to receive your grant. Grants are issued within 14 days of successful program completion deemed by GWC.
- The links to the DocuSign forms will be emailed to parents/guardians after students Review & Submit their tasks in SurveyMonkey Apply. Make sure you and your parents/guardians are checking your emails regularly!
