Can I change my availability after my acceptance into a program?

For the Summer Immersion Program:

Applicants who receive a Summer Program offer for the virtual Summer Immersion Program (SIP) can indicate availability and request to switch to another round during registration following the steps here. 

After registration closes, students who need to request a change to a different SIP round should email their assigned Operations Specialist. Contact information for your Operations Specialist can be found in your SIP offer email.

By requesting a switch to an alternate round, the applicant indicates they cannot attend their offered session and will forfeit their current spot in our programs. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee we will be able to honor all round change requests.
