Congratulations! We're excited you'll be participating in the Summer Immersion Program this summer.
The Registration Process includes the following steps:
1) Task 1: Program Info (DONE!)
2) Task 2: Accept Your Offer (DONE!)
3) Task 3: Emergency Information
3.5) Task 4: Security Photo (Only applies to some programs.)
4) DocuSign Permission Forms (EMAILED to your parent/guardian.)
Now that you've completed Step 2 and accepted your offer, an email has been sent to your parent/guardian containing the DocuSign permission forms they need to sign on your behalf (Step 4). Depending on the program, students may also be required to sign some forms. You will receive an email from us if this is the case.
Please remind your parent/guardian to look for that email, and to submit those DocuSign forms as soon as possible. The link to the forms will expire after 3 days.
If you haven't already done so, you'll also need to complete your remaining tasks as soon as possible (Steps 3 and possibly 3.5).
Once those tasks are complete and the permission forms have been signed, your participation in the Summer Immersion Program will be confirmed.
For Phase 1 Applicants (applied by Feb. 15), the entire Registration Process (photo, emergency information, DocuSign forms) must be completed by March 15, 2019.
For Phase 2 Applicants (applied between Feb. 16 and March 15), the entire Registration Process (photo, emergency information, DocuSign forms) must be completed by April 19, 2019.
