Girls Who Code’s Mentoring Corps is a nationwide program that harnesses the power of near-peer mentoring relationships to help young women and non-binary people persist through their tech journey. Mentoring Corps matches high-school-aged Clubs with College Loops to explore coding projects, college life, and tech careers. College participants will, in turn, develop their leadership capabilities, receive targeted financial literacy training, participate in virtual networking events, and access guidance to prepare them to succeed in tech-related internships and jobs – all while earning a stipend for their participation!
