How do I create a parent/child account and join a child to a program?

1. Visit  HQ and proceed to step 2.

• Alternatively, you can go directly to Clubs HQ.

2. To sign up and join a child to a Club, click 3-12 Clubs.

3. Click Sign Up

4. Enter your country of residence, your date of birth (as the parent) and check the box that you have read and agree to the terms of use, privacy policy and code of conduct

5. Toggle "Yes" for Are you registering a child?

6. Click Sign Up

7. Enter your email, password, first name and last name (as the parent) 

8. Click Complete Your Account

9. Scroll and read the terms outlined in our Direct Notice Disclosure (Parent Consent.) Check the box and click I Accept

10. You will now begin the steps to register your child. Make sure that you have the Program Code provided by your child’s Facilitator handy before getting started. Click Get Started

1. Enter your child's first name, last name, birthdate, and your relationship to the child. Click Continue
2. Enter your child's email. If they do not have one, you can create a username. Create a password for your child. Click Continue
3. Enter the Program code and click Search. If you need help, please contact the Facilitator or [e-mail]
4. A list of Program Leaders will show. If this is the correct Program, click This Looks Right
5. Complete the demographic survey and click Complete Registration
6. Click Add Another Child or Close

Your child(ren) can now use the email or username and password to log into HQ and view their Program. If you need to add another child but have clicked away from the window, click + Add Child across from the Children heading.
