1. Visit HQ
2. Click 3-12 Clubs.
3. Log into your account.
4. Click the arrow next to your user avatar. Click Add Child. Alternatively, you can click Add Child across from the Children's heading.
5. You will now begin the steps to register your child. Make sure that you have the Program Code provided by your child’s Facilitator handy before getting started. Click Get Started
- Enter your child's first name, last name, birthdate, and your relationship to the child. Click Continue
- Enter your child's email. If they do not have one, you can create a username. Create a password for your child. Click Continue
- Enter the Program code and click Search. If you need help, please contact the Facilitator or email@example.com
- A list of Program Leaders will show. If this is the correct Program, click This Looks Right
- Complete the demographic survey and click Complete Registration
- Click Add Another Child or Close
Your child(ren) can now use the email or username and password to log into HQ and view their Program.
