What is the direct-to-waitlist application process?

Summer Programs Applications submitted after the final application deadline will automatically be added directly to the waitlist. We will be offering seats to students for the virtual Summer Immersion Program and Pathways on a rolling basis as spots become available. Waitlisted students will also receive priority consideration for our 2025 Fall Pathways program, if eligible.

Students who have already started applications can proceed to complete and submit those applications, and should not create a new application. Students will receive an email if they have been pulled from the waitlist and will need to accept their classroom placement formally by the allotted deadline. Girls Who Code does not assign ranks to the waitlist.
