The Clubs Fund is an initiative to provide financial support for Clubs with grants of up to $300.
The purpose of these grants is to support engagement opportunities for Club’s participants. Clubs Fund grants may be used on anything the Club believes will support its mission of encouraging members to learn Computer Science.
Club Facilitators may apply for the Clubs Fund grant by completing a short application, which can be found on the home screen of the HQ platform.
To be eligible for a Clubs Fund grant, Clubs must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an approved 2017-18 Club.
- Must have completed the Launch Questionnaire on HQ.
- Must apply during the semester that the Club is being hosted. If the Club is hosted over the academic year long, the Club can apply for a grant twice: once for the Fall semester and once for the Spring semester.
- Clubs MUST fill out a Grantee Report at the conclusion of their program. (If the Club has participated in the Clubs Fund process in the past, they must have completed any previously required Grantee Reports.)
Spring semester applications are accepted on a rolling basis from January through May 1, 2018.
