If I turned in my clubs fund form before all of my girls have signed up online, can I update it for the Club t-shirt order form?

Hi Brenda, I just want to be sure I understand the question! The form is to set up your claim details, such as who the right point person would be for managing the Clubs Fund, and to clarify any eligibility requirements you may still need to meet. Specifically, we ask that Clubs have at least three enrolled member participants in their Club who are registered on HQ. If you have more members join later, that's okay; we just ask that you have the minimum requirement met for eligibility consideration when claiming the Fund.

The GWC "Club Success Specialist" assigned to my school sent an abrupt resignation email yesterday.

It does not appear that Expensify has been forwarding the receipts I scanned to GWC.

I've yet to be reimbursed for *any* of the $600+ that I paid out-of-pocket for GWC Club expenses this year...

...and now I'm supposed to explain to my family why the financial hole we're in during this pandemic is now $600+ deeper? GWC, you've made this pandemic and economic collapse even worse for the public servants and students in your care. I'm starting to wonder if the quote below is truly about asking for help, or the confession of a shameless hustler. Please help.

"Part of the success of Girls Who Code is that I am a hustler. When people ask what my biggest strength is, it's that I'm shameless. I will ask people for help even when I don't know them." —Reshma Saujani

    Hi Nick,

We hear your concerns, and want nothing more than to support our community during these difficult, unprecedented times. We received an overwhelming number of report submissions last week and are responding as quickly as we can. We provided 10 days notice for the submission deadline, but the vast majority were submitted on the final two days, causing it to take about twice as long as normal to review expenses. If you are referring to expenses made earlier this year, please make sure you have contacted clubs@girlswhocode.com with questions regarding your reimbursement.
