All Clubs that complete Launch Questionnaires on HQ are eligible to receive a Clubs Fund grant. Clubs must upload their host site’s W9 form (or proof of library status if they are a library) when they complete the application, and all Clubs must be able to receive the Clubs Fund grant by check or direct deposit.
We host two Clubs Fund application periods; one for the Fall and one in the Spring.
Applications for Fall Clubs will be accepted on a rolling basis from September through December 1, 2017. Applicants will be notified of their application status within one week of applying.
Applications for Spring Clubs will be taken later in mid-January 2018; like the Fall, they will be taken on a rolling basis through May 2018.
If you are an academic year Club and expect to operate in both Fall and Spring, you can apply for both the Fall and Spring Club Fund application periods.
