Club Facilitators can apply for the Clubs Fund grant by completing a short, 15-minute application on the homepage of HQ.
To apply, you will need to be able to:
- Answer how your Club plans use the grant.
- Provide proof of your host site's tax exemption status will be requested, such as a W9 form or proof of library status.
- Provide an address at which you can receive a check by mail.
