No, parents are not required to sign a liability waiver with Girls Who Code for a student to participate in a Girls Who Code Club. Your school or the location hosting your Club may ask you parents to sign a consent form for them- they will let you know when you sign up.
However, if you are under 13 years of age, your parent or teacher is required to register you for an account on HQ, our online learning platform.
