When are SIP Grants awarded?

All awarded students will receive their grants upon completing the virtual Summer Immersion Program, which includes adhering to the SIP Attendance Policy.

You will receive your grant at the address and name provided on your Summer Immersion Program Grant Application. If your address has changed or you need us to issue the check under your parents/guardians, email us right away at [e-mail]. The recipient must cash the check within 90 days of the date issued. GWC will not reissue any grant checks. If you have not received your grant within 35 business days of completing the program as outlined by GWC, please email [e-mail].

Please note: If a student chooses to terminate their enrollment before completing the program or does not adhere to the Attendance Policy, any grant award may be voided and canceled.
