Yes, your Club can definitely have more than one Facilitator!
For an optimal Clubs experience, there should be at least one Facilitator for every 20-25 students. However, adding additional Facilitators is a great way to share responsibilities, provide more role models for students, and get more people from your community involved in the Girls Who Code (GWC) movement.
To ensure consistency for students and familiarity with the material for Facilitators, we recommend that GWC Clubs limit the number of Facilitators to a max of four.
If you'd like some ideas on how to recruit additional Facilitators, check out the recruitment materials on HQ under "Facilitator Toolkit".
To add additional Facilitators, please see the FAQ: I want to volunteer as a Facilitator for an existing Club that I'm already connected to. What are the next steps?
