I've accepted my seat. What’s left in the Registration Process?

We're excited you can participate in our 2025 Summer Programs this year. 

The Registration Process includes the following steps: 

1. ✅   Accept Your Seat
   (You’re on this step)

2. 📌  Confirm Participant Information
3. 📌  Review & SUBMIT
   (Proceed to your registration form in SurveyMonkey Apply for steps 2 & 3)

4. 👤  DocuSign Permission Forms
   (Emailed to your parent/guardian to read and sign once you complete the steps above) 

📬  A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive the signed permission forms, confirming your registration is complete!

Please remind your parent/guardian to look for the DocuSign email and submit the signed permission forms before the Registration Deadline. Once you and your parent/guardian complete all the above tasks, we will confirm your participation in the program via email.
