How can I view my child’s records as a caregiver or parent?

If your child created an HQ account and you want to be able to monitor their activity, you can create your own HQ account and email us at [e-mail] to link it to your child’s account. This will create a Parent/Guardian view for you. When HQ accounts are linked, you will see a tile with your child’s name and their Program name(s) on your My Programs page. Click any white space on the card to view your child’s account.

Once in the Program, you will see a navigation bar. The User Profile, Progress, and Messages pages are places your student’s record of activity is stored.
